  • Orders of $101 or more require a non-refundable deposit of 50% and is due upon request in order to hold your spot on the requested day.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the pick up day of the order.

  • All RUSH orders are an extra $35 on top of cake order and must be paid in full.

  • All orders $100 and under need to be paid in full upon request in order to hold your spot on the requested day.

  • A pick up time and date must be confirmed on the day of order. Rescheduling can be made with a 4-day notice before pick up date.

  • All images given for customized work will be used as a reference. I cannot and will not duplicate another baker/bakery’s work.

  • During transport, all cakes should be placed on the floor of the vehicle and not on the seat or lap of passengers.Also recommend for the car to be no more than 68 degrees.

  • Once the cake has left the premises, it is no longer my responsibility. No refunds on damaged cakes after pick up/delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds on custom cakes or cupcakes.

  • All policies after booking with Simply Sweet Treats by Taylor will be served as agreed-upon contract. All polices will be applied once booking is paid in full, or paid by deposit.

  • Allergens: Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our cupcakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
